is a limited liability company formed by five major energy companies for the purpose of providing effective management of multi-party petroleum fuel spills and releases into the environment.

Our Mission

To ensure effective protection of human health and the environment by proactively addressing releases of petroleum fuels at multi-member sites through aggressive mitigation of any impacts to ground or surface receptors.
